The curved turnouts were made with code 156 rail from the old Atlas O scale flex track as the flex track either side of these turnouts be will be the old Atlas. Since these turnouts will, eventually, be hidden, I did not use as many ties as I would have for a turnout out in the open for the sake of economy.


Here are two pictures of the completed crossover with track connected to it. One servo-motor switch machine which had to be placed above the sub road bed as the points were directly above a joist.
